understanding - natalie isn't one of those girls who believes in her opinion and no one elses. generally, if you have (or can come up with) a good reason about something, she'll understand. though she understands most things, that doesn't mean she likes or agrees with it, but she won't hold it against you. natalie can't hold grudges, which is why she generally ends up trying to think of reasons why someone would do something that she didn't like and do her best to understand their actions.
self-conscious - natalie is not very comfortable with who she is. though it may not always seem like that on the outside, if you're one of her close friends or get a glance of her insides, you'll realize that she worries a lot about what people think about her.
shy - part of the reason why natalie is so shy is because of how self-conscious she is. she's afraid of what other people may think of her, and doesn't want to start talking to someone first; afraid they may judge her for being weird. it may seem weird for her to be this way, seeing as she's in a band and everything, but when she's on stage with her bass guitar, everythings different. as for fans she'll talk to them, but sometimes it takes her a couple minuets to actually warm up to the conversation.
sweet - mainly, natalie is a complete sweet heart. she's the girl that will drop everything she's doing to help someone else, no matter how well she knows the person. she has a pretty guilty conscious and feels horrible if she just lets someone down. it's not hard to persuade her to do something to help you, even if she doesn't really want to. she's too sweet for it.
dependent - if it wasn't for natalie's friends and family to guide her, she'd probably be extremely lost. she's not one to think of things to do on her own, instead, she'd rather someone give her instructions and guidelines to follow. also, she generally needs someone elses opinion before going off and doing something. if she doesn't have it, she's like a little kid getting lost in a mall; lost, confused, and scared.
party animal - though natalie seems like one of those girls that would keep themselves locked in their rooms reading a book or something, she loves to party. she generally starts the night off with someone else, but after she gets enough alcohol in her system, her whole personality starts to change. once she's drunk, her shyness and self-consciousness wears off, and she ends up going out and doing some pretty crazy things. though it's strange for some people to see her that way, she loves it. it's like a time where she can be free and do whatever the hell she feels like.
lover - natalie is a lover, not a fighter. she's doesn't hold grudges; she doesn't have enough will power to. instead, she loves. if she loves a person once, she loves them forever. losing someone she loves kills her inside, which is why if she ever gets in a fight with a friend or someone, she'll be the first to crack and try to go fix things. not only is she an emotional lover; she's a physical one. this seems to surprise a lot of people, but she absolutely loves cuddling, kissing, making out, hugging, sex, ect.

So I wanna know about your past, present, and maybe even future?
natalie was born to her parents and five year old sister in arizona. seeing as her dad was a marriage counselor, it'd be pretty bad for him to have to leave his patients, so she never once moved from her house. instead, she grew up being raised by her parents who loved her unconditionally. her parents taught her how to walk, talk, and the rest of the jazz like any other parents would. when natalie was a toddler, she spent the day at home with her mom, seeing as her dad was at work and her sister was at school. her mom was working too, but seeing as she made pastries and cakes for people out of her home, she always had time to watch natalie, also. of course, sometimes she'd have to combine those two things together, which resulted in natalie eating some of her moms sweets while her mom continued to try and get things done. though this did nothing to effect her at first, after a while, it did as she continued to gain weight, soon becoming obese. though kids usually don't seem very judgmental in elementary school, they were in hers; making fun of and picking on her because of her weight. natalie's parents were worried for her, but were unsure what to do, seeing as she was at such a young age and had no interest in sports or anything. that's when they decided to try and find a distraction for her; buying her a guitar. they had noticed natalie always dancing around to music when it played on the tv or the radio in the car, so they figured there was something in her that had a huge passion for music.
luckily, the two were right. natalie slowly started to learn to play the guitar, and though it distracted her from eating some, she still found ways to get food into her mouth and strum the strings at the same time. after mastering the acoustic guitar, she decided she wanted to experiment with others, which is why she decided to get the bass. though she loved both instruments, she felt more connected to her bass, always practicing it the most. going into middle school, she was self-conscious and friendless, only having her instruments and family to keep her company. though that could have kept her content, she felt like she was missing out on something. after all, she watched her sister go out with friends all the time, and sometimes, she wished she'd be able to do the same thing. but with kids constantly picking on her, she figured that no one would really like her, and never really made an attempt to talk to anyone. she was too shy for that. finally, in eighth grade, she slowly started to work off the excess weight, so that once she finally reached high school, she was only about ten pounds heavier then she was supposed to be; nothing that noticeable.
natalies prediction seemed to be right, though. now that she was skinner, people seemed to be more and more interested in knowing who she was. natalie, though, was afraid; her shyness and self-consciousness not wearing off. she wasn't really sure if she clicked with anyone. the people she did click with, though, were the musicians at her school. never once had she lost the love for her bass guitar, and talking about music was one of the things she could freely do. soon enough, she saw herself starting to gain more friends; the majority ones that were as big into music as she was. of course, music wasn't the only thing they were into. this group of people were pretty big into alcohol, drugs, smoking, and sex. though natalie never found any attraction towards drugs or smoking, she did find one towards alcohol. she found the taste strangely addicting, and she loved having nights were she could be free of the burden of caring what others thought of her. of course, people liked to take advantage of her while she was this way, easily convincing them to have sex with her. though she felt bad about it at first, after a while, she started liking it, starting to do it more often, even if she wasn't drunk. of course, she wasn't one of those people that changed their complete life for alcohol. she always stuck with her music; it was one of the few things that were constant in her life. she always loved experimenting with others. one day, while playing around with some friends, they started putting things together and realized that their sounds meshed together really well. soon enough, her band formed, and once she turned eighteen, she had no trouble leaving home for tours, wanting to see what things there were in the world around her.[/size][/color]
