‘It’s like nothing I’ve ever felt before, exhilarating, exciting, flashy, sweaty, when the music starts, and the bass is thumping, you just want to jump around get right into it. I feel like I’m alive finally, and you can tell the music is the artists life. Then after, the set’s finished, and you can hang out with the bands... it’s like a never ending party...’ - Samantha Scott, fan.
‘Well what goes on behind the scenes that’s a whole different matter, when the bands are around people, they’re all nice and get along. As soon as we’re done with the gigs and we’re travelling or just staying somewhere till we move on, well that’s when all hell breaks loose, the two mains bands... all female and all male... the physically hate it each other... the compete at everything; the other bands are here for a good time and damn sure they have that but DHD and SLG well they bring out the drunkenness, the drugs and well anything you think off.’ – tour manager.
‘I don’t understand what forced us into this, so much competition; it can’t be good for us, well I know it’s not. But Dance Hall Drugs and Sick Little Games, we just clash, it must be out personalities or something. I mean I guess it won’t last forever, but there is nothing SLG can do that we can’t do better!’ – Roxy Matthews, Vocals, DHD
So this time it’s solo has kicked off again, the tour has started but this time round we have less well known bands right? So above are a few encounters from various people on tour. So as you can guess things are a little hectic; so come and join the party!
