It had been a odd morning for Cherri. She had gone out and went the cafe. She needed to get some things straightened out for the band...and see her daughter who was coming to hang out with her for a day. She had totally forgotten about Tori. As she was drinking her coffee and writing up reports, Maddox came in and the two had gotten into a fight again. Of course, he was hung over so he was even more of a asshole to her. He yelled at her about some shit and left. She was glad of that. Cherri couldn't understand why he hated her so much. It was just strange. She never did anything to him or anything. Actually, she helped him when he was stumbling around drunk. She took him back to the bus and cleaned him up. She was too nice like that despite the way he treated her. She just let it happen and never fought against it. Well, sometimes she did.

She honestly had no idea what to do about him, nor did she care. Honestly, he was nothing to her or so she thought. She wasn't exactly into guys like him. They always turned out to be the same kind of assholes. Which is why she didn't think she liked him at all. Which was a good thing. After a while of booking shows and hotels and shit she started texting Elise over AIM. She had walked to the Dunkin Doughnuts and as soon as she stopped talking to Elise her phone went off as her mother called. She had no idea she was suppose to see Tori today. In Cherri's head she thought she meant tomorrow. So, her mother met her at Dunkin Doughnuts and dropped her off. The four year old was happy as hell to see her and truth be told Cherri missed her daughter. Getting a few DVDs from the video place and making her way back towards the tour grounds she held her daughter's hand in hers as they walked. It wasn't so hard to tell that they were related. Aside from the blond hair that Tori had she looked like Cherri. Which kinda scared her honestly.

So Cherri found herself with a bag filled with a glazed doughnut for Elise and two strawberry frosted ones for her and Tori. Running a hand through her hair, Cherri pulled open the bus door and picked up Tori. "Mommy..the bus is messy." Cherri grinned and rolled her eyes as she hugged her daughter to herself. "Yeah, it is" She muttered as she stepped over a pile of clothes. She found Elise and set down Tori as she sighed, setting down the DVDs and bag of doughnuts on the table. "Sorry about Tori. My mother decided that today would be better for her if she came from Jersey to drop her off here." Cherri rolled her eyes as she grabbed a paper plate and took out the doughnut for Tori and set it on a plate.

"Tor, get over here...and eat your doughnut" She called as the little girl came walking up to her and she set her down on the table, breaking it into pieces and yawning. God, not even the coffee could wake her up. She turned to Elise and smiled. "We can watch our blood and guts. I got the portable Dvd player for her. So, she will be watching the little mermaid. " She told her with a laugh as she stroked Tori's head. With a sigh, she headed towards the back and pulled out the portable DVD player, bringing it back and taking the empty plate away, getting her a sippy cup full of juice and setting her in front of the Dvd player. As soon as that was situated she took the bag of gorey movies to Elise and took them out. "Pick one." She said as she handed them to her.

Elise laid down on her bed, her face buried into her pillow as she sat there motionless. “Gawwwh.” She said in aggravation, her voice being muffled by the pillow itself. She was so freaking bored. The bus lay there quietly, the lights were off, and she was the only there at the moment. Of course, everyone else had a life; she just so happened not to at the moment.

Bing!

Right before she was going to give up and take some sleeping pills or something, she heard that fateful noise. Springing up from her bed, her eyes immediately landed on the laptop that sat not too far away. Sure enough, she had gotten an IM from non-other then her best friend, Cherri. A smile soon appearing on her lips, she quickly replied.

By the end of their conversation, Elise was happy to know that Cherri was coming back to the bus. And they had plans! There was nothing better then watching a bunch of scary movies with her best friend. Jumping off her bunk, she turned the lights on and went to look herself over. “Ewhh.” She mumbled lazily to herself. She looked like a mess. Her pink and orangeish hair was absolutely everywhere, she had no makeup on, and she was just dressed in her undergarments. Good thing Cherri was her best friend and she really didn’t care whatsoever on how she looked around her. Not even did she care about the fact that she wasn’t even wearing anything! The whole band by now had pretty much seen her naked; it was kind of obvious that Elise wasn’t a big fan of clothes, especially when she slept. But hell, they were all like her family, anyways, so it didn’t really mean anything or embarress her. Figuring she’d do her the favor, though, Ellise sluggishly walked over to her clothes trunk and grabbed a pair of plaid pajama pants, and a regular tight Wonderless (they were probably her favorite band on this tour, honestly) t-shirt before she slipped them both on. Running her fingers through her hair, she quickly tugged it upwards and placed it in a messy ponytail.

As soon as she had done that, she heard the door open, and quickly turned her head to see who had entered. Ah, perfect timing! It was Cherri, and Elise found herself pleased to see that she had little Tori with her. Immediately coming over to Cheri, Elise gave her a tight hug and shook her head. “Don’t even aplogize about her coming. I love seeing her.” Her attention soon turned to the little girl as she gave her a warm smile and a wave. “Hey, Tori! You’re getting so big!”

Holding her arms wide open, she saw that Tori knew that was the cue to come give her a hug, as she soon embraced the little girl in her arms, then releasing her as she went to get a donut. Elise stood back up and grabbed her coffee and donut. “I love the little mermaid.” Elise said as her moth dropped open as she faked a look of jealousy. Her eyes looked down at the movies and a slight shrug rolled off her shoulders, “but I guess these will do too.” A grin quickly forming on her lips. Looking at her full hands questioningly, she decided to place the donut in her mouth as she reached down, closed her eyes, and grabbed a movie. Not opening them, she placed the dvd cover up to Cherri’s face as she waited expectantly for an answer.

Exhausted was a good word to put with Cherri. The fact that she had been running around all day, taking care of band stuff and her daughter...made her a bit tired. She drank the rest of her coffee quickly and threw it in the garbage on the bus, stifling a yawn. She was going to kill Maddox if he came on the bus all drunk. Cherri might be cool when Tori wasn't around when he was drinking but when her daughter was on the bus she didn't need him to be screaming at her. With a roll of the eyes she locked the bus door, she didn't care if she had to get up to open it. After returning she hugged Elise back. SHe3 was happy that her best friend didn't mind her daughter. " Go give Aunt Elise a hug." She told her daughter as she sighed, running a hand through her brown hair. "Yeah, isn't she....I hope grandma isn't feeding you some scary organic stuff that will make you spout like a beanstalk." She mumbled as she kissed her daughter's head and watched her give Elise a hug.

Cherri laughed at the fake jealous look on Elise's face. "grown ups aren't suppose to like the little mermaid. Only mommy can.' Her child replied that had Cherri laughing again. "Now I really can't deny that she's mine. She sounded like me when I was that young. Yes, we will watch boring grownup movies while you watch the wonderful little mermaid." She said as she had everything set up. She looked at the Dvd that Elise showed her and nodded. Tori had the headphones placed on her head and Cherri couldn't help but grin.Thank god for those stupid inventions. She got up and put in the DVD before grabbing the remote and sitting down. "He yelled at me again. That stupid dick." She muttered as she sighed. "He really can't leave me alone...I mean holy crap. I've never met anyone more apt to make my day a fucking wreck." Sure, was normally never like this but as soon as she saw the text on her phone from him she wanted to rip out his throat. Cherri had that anger problem that never rose unless people really pissed her off and Maddox seemed to get the best of her. "Ten bucks says kidlet will be asleep after under the sea. She says it gets boring after that." She said as she turned her head to watch her daughter look at the screen almost mesmerized by the cartoon. "That or she's so into the movie she won't notice shit." Cherri laughed as she turned on the T.V and the DVD. "Anyways...how is your doughnut that I brought to you? Oh I need Maddox's money." She said with a grin plastered to her face, she loved that Elise took money from him. Sure, it wasn't a good thing but it made Cherri smile.
